Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Work From Home South East Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Provide personalized support and solutions to help members understand their coverage and options
- Resolve member concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure that our members receive the support they need to navigate their pharmacy benefit plans
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
