Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Initiating outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts
- Providing support and assistance to customers, resolving issues, and escalating reputed company problems to senior team members
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats
- Developing and maintaining excellent working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards
Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues

Preferred Qualifications
* 6-month call center experience or 1-year customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year required
