Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Initiating outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts
  • Providing support and assistance to customers, resolving issues, and escalating reputed company problems to senior team members
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* 6-month call center experience or 1-year customer service experience

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year required

Compensation and Benefits
