Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing incoming calls from patients with reputed company and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls from patients with reputed company and efficiency

- Coordinating with physicians to secure written orders, confirm insurance coverage, and process orders
- Maintaining reputed company communication with patients and referring entities about order statuses
- Handling daily management of purchase order discrepancies and reports
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in a call center environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in handling a high volume of calls
- Experience in computer navigation and data entry

Remote Work Policy
Initially, onsite training is required for 4-6 weeks, after which remote work options become available. Our office is located at 26834 Lawrence Ave., Center Line, MI 48015, and regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
