As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving high levels of customer satisfaction for our key insurance accounts and other lines of business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent, reputed company, courteous, and focused call center support to policyholders reputed company phone, email, faxes, and other correspondence.
- Answering in-bound calls for designated areas of responsibility and supporting existing and potential customers with policy interpretation, claims, and premium/billing-reputed company issues.
