What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Govt Public Trust Clearance - Spanish English, you will play a vital role in supporting critical government reputed company. You will be responsible for:

• Consulting with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions reputed company various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat
• Responding to customer inquiries with active listening and reputed company

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Computer experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• US citizenship (due to the government contract requirements)

Technology Requirements

• High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher)
• A USB wired headset (we recommend one, but you may use your existing headset if it meets our requirements)
• A smartphone or device running iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
• We will provide a computer for the duration of the project
