Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing reputed company incoming reputed company (Macro and Non-Macro) orders
- Formatting reputed company orders as needed
- Setting up Profiles for reputed company reputed company orders
- Processing incoming reputed company orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner to meeting demanding deadlines
- Processing incoming Treasury Batch orders reputed company while meeting deadlines for Treasury
- Entering Customer Gift History lists
- Entering Catalog requests and address changes
- Managing incoming communications in a reputed company, efficient, timely, and professional manner meeting reputed company accuracy and productivity standards
- Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing reputed company available resources
- Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of data entry experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division
- Type 35 wpm
- Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer
