Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with their travel plans
• Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized service

• Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
