Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the data expert on a balanced team engaged in key CX initiatives for the company
- Combining business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to reputed company sound recommendations in your domain
- reputed company discovery and data exploration to identify opportunities for improvement
- Understanding the data domain for your assigned initiative reputed company than any other resource in the company, knowing what data is there, how to join it, and how to use it to tell stories, reputed company decisions, and answer questions
