Job Summary
As an Overnight Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and support reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve issues, reputed company emergencies, and ensure seamless communication between clients and their customers. Responsibilities

- Monitor alarm systems, order entry, and take messages according to client specifications
- Transfer calls reputed company computer system based on instructions provided by clients
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for various industries
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with client information, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service
Qualifications
* Basic computer proficiency, including web-based applications, keyboard functions, and typing skills (25 WPM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on reputed company and compassion
- Experience on the Amtelco platform is a plus
- Flexible personality with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a reputed company field is a plus
- Ability to work 1 weekend day and a flexible schedule
