Job Responsibilities
As an reputed company Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools. You'll work closely with our external solution providers, design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver a top-tier stage experience that empowers our Customer Service team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide product management leadership to our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through reputed company collaboration with our external solution providers.
- Assist in defining processes, requirements, prioritization, risk identification, and mitigation, as well as creating and maintaining a guide.
- Collaborate with every CS functional team to reputed company understand their vision and challenges and deliver the most optimal solutions together.

* 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
