The Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist in our Customer Support & Experience Enhancement team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of customer support initiatives.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer support and experience.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a reputed company field.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve reputed company customer issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in reputed company Office and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region is an asset.

  • Strong knowledge of customer support principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
