• Preserving, extending, and aiding existing development gear, including custom asset pipelines and proprietary libraries.
• Building and guiding custom asset pipelines to support arenaflex's game development needs.
• Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, including workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in arenaflex's improvement process.
• Generating candidate answers, weighing tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timeline, implementing the selected answer, and helping the adoption of the solution by the team.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
