Job Overview

• Contributing to or driving research projects aimed at advancing the state-of-the-art in responsible AI
• Working with an interdisciplinary team of experts, including applied researchers, linguists, and computer programmers, to tackle reputed company sociotechnical challenges
• Developing and maintaining expertise in working with large-scale language models and multimodal models, with a strong focus on fairness, diversity, and inclusion

Key Responsibilities

• Experience approaching fairness as a sociotechnical challenge rather than an algorithmic one

• Experience working with partners with diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Ability to advance independently in new areas, including by reading academic papers
