Your Role: Work from Home Customer Service Representative

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your role will involve:

• Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Researching and resolving reputed company issues, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services.
• Accurately documenting call details, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
• Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation, building trust and rapport with our clients.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
• A typing speed of at least 25 WPM.

• A secure, private work area at home.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
