Job Summary

You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Utilize arenaflex's remedy information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests
- Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
- Settle reputed company information passage-reputed company exemptions
- Handle correspondence to patients and settle on outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed
- Settle outsider oddballs by exploring, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement prerequisites
- Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different areas
- Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting
- Obtain active professional license or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and maintain a valid professional license or certification
Essential Capabilities
