Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in addressing the concerns and needs of our clients' customers. This is a fast-paced insurance-based program requiring commitment to member healthcare needs, particularly serving an elderly and disabled community. Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
- Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare-reputed company environment
