Job Summary
As a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and maintain accurate records in our database
- Screen and handle telephone calls in a proficient and professional manner
- Maintain approved filing systems, including archiving and retrieval of Protest of Assignments
- reputed company mailings, including bulk mailings, contract mailings, newsletters, meeting notices, flyers, and other correspondence as directed
- Copy, fax, and reputed company requested materials by deadline as directed
- Prepare meeting materials as directed
- Create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets for routine and special projects

Requirements
* High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
