- Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various customer requests
- Navigating multiple computer systems and applications with ease
- Documenting each contact in a database to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience OR
- An Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience OR
