Accounting Manager - Treasury & Cash Management

• Manage daily cash and asset reconciliation activities across multiple accounts, platforms, and custodial relationships
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, exceptions, and aged items in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting in alignment with U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Maintain and strengthen a SOX-compliant control environment across accounting and reconciliation functions
• Collaborate with Treasury, reputed company, and business leaders to support financial reporting, forecasting, and key operational initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financ
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally reputed company financial services or a reputed company, regulated environment
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, financial reputed company, and internal controls (SOX/ICFR)
• Experience overseeing cash management, reconciliations, or high-volume transactional accounting processe
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring accounting team

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with stron g attention to detail
