Sr. Tax Manager (Remote)

Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Sr. Tax Manager (Remote) to reputed company the organization’s federal, state, local, and foreign tax compliance activities. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, managing audits, and providing strategic tax guidance to internal business partners. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and expertise in navigating reputed company and evolving tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. This position is a fully remote position located withing the United States.

Responsibilities

• reputed company preparation and filing of reputed company federal, state, local, and foreign tax returns.
• Manage tax audits and coordinate responses with external advisors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to assess business impact.
• Provide strategic tax planning and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance internal tax processes, controls, and documentation.
• Support quarterly and annual tax provision calculations.
• Support the annual financial statement audit by managing PBC (reputed company‑By‑Client) items and contributing to financial statement and footnote preparation.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field and 12+ years
• Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and audit management.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, local, and international tax regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate reputed company tax matters clearly and effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with reputed company Costpoint, including running, interpreting, and validating Costpoint reports to support tax compliance and audit activities.
