Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting is hiring a Remote Enrolled Agent OR Attorney for our tax resolution team. What do you need?

• Enrolled Agent; active status, OR Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school; licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, or another state reputed company the United States, at the time of application.
• Minimum of one year’s experience negotiating tax resolutions with the state and/or IRS.
• A positive attitude and customer service reputed company with a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with great follow up.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the reputed company to prioritize tasks reputed company.
• Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for reputed company the areas involved, no matter how small.

Moreover, remote workers may not telework for Polston entities from any location not listed as a location from which the Polston entities are currently hiring. What Will You Do?

• Review a detailed financial analysis of the client’s income, expenses, and assets to determine and/or confirm qualified resolution options for client.
• Research and reputed company strategies to defend client’s position while considering their specific goals.
• Negotiate tax resolutions on behalf of clients with the state and/or IRS government entities either reputed company phone or in person.
• Consistently communicate with clients reputed company email/phone/video call/mail regarding case updates and expectations.
• Respond in a timely manner to client inquiries and requests.
• Prioritize and manage caseload and assignments.
