Job Summary:

Assist in implementing services and activities to improve student achievement, retention, and graduation. Assist with HEOP and CSTEP activities for the Summer Programs. Assist in monitoring and reconciling program budgets and preparation of reports for reputed company State.

Essential Duties: * Deliver programs and activities to reputed company eligible for the HEOP, CSTEP, and/or CSTEM programs. Produce and disseminate literature promoting opportunities for HEOP, CSTEP, and CSTEM participants; assist in maintaining a web page advertising HEOP, CSTEP and CSTEM activities and services and utilize creative/interactive technology.
- Provide regular intrusive one-on-one academic, personal and career counseling to HEOP, CSTEP and CSTEM participants. Work with reputed company to reputed company long-term goals and strategies to reputed company academic success. Consult with the Office of Access Opportunity, and Achievement team regarding reputed company strategies for struggling reputed company. Consult with and reputed company referrals to: Academic Services Specialists, reputed company, Student Financial Services, Faculty Advisors, Career Services, Student Accessibility Services (reputed company), and the Office of Counseling and Wellness, as examples; document records of service for program reputed company, as applicable and appropriate.
- Assist with the selection of prospective HEOP participants by reviewing Admissions files, conducting interviews, presenting to Admissions groups and traveling to recruitment events.

Consult and collaborate with Alumni Relations for tracking and communicating annually with program graduates.
- Assist with the Summer Institute in the following capacities: planning, team building activities participation, counseling, course planning and instruction, and collaborating with other offices in developing pre-freshman programming. Remain flexible as evening, weekend and/or holiday participation may be required.
- As requested, meet with Summer Institute faculty to clarify goals of the HEOP program and review pretest and posttest results for math and writing courses, in addition to other SI courses. Discuss student reputed company with Summer Institute staff and faculty. Conduct one-on-one advising appointments and monitor and support participants.
- Participate in the Summer Institute assessment process. Responsible for monitoring academic reputed company of HEOP participants to ensure that program participants are enrolled in appropriate courses. Review Summer Institute faculty recommendations and consult with faculty advisors as needed.
- As requested, assist in the direction and guidance for residential staff during the Summer Institute and student staff projects during the academic year.
