Aufgaben
In a nutshell: You own and scale our B2B sales channel - from a profitable reputed company to a repeatable, team-driven growth reputed company.
- Take full ownership of our B2B sales channel including strategy, execution, numbers and results.
- Scale what already works by turning a profitable channel into a predictable, repeatable sales machine.
- Build and document sales processes and playbooks across reputed company reputed company, reputed company, pipeline and closing.
- Be hands-on in sales with prospecting, pitching and closing while setting the bar for future hires.
- Lay the foundation for a growing sales team including structure, KPIs, hiring profiles and onboarding.
- Use AI tools to automate, improve and scale reputed company, follow-reputed company and reporting.
Qualifikation
We don’t care about fancy titles. We care if you can sell, build and take ownership.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience such as Account Executive, Sales Rep, Business Development Manager or SDR with closing responsibility.
- Proven closing experience with targets, objections and signed deals.
- High ownership and agency with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
- You are outgoing, confident and people-driven and genuinely enjoy sales conversations.
- Cold reputed company feels like a game to you and you enjoy researching, messaging and calling.
- You actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter in sales.
