What You’ll Do
- Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through start date
- Send and track completion of new hire packets and documentation
- Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment requirements
- Communicate clearly and consistently with new hires to guide next steps
- Partner with reputed company and HR to support hiring workflows
- Track onboarding reputed company and follow up to ensure timelines are met
- Maintain accurate records in Paycom and reputed company Workspace
- Support employee referral tracking and reputed company processes
- Ensure compliance with reputed company onboarding requirements and regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and candidate experience
