SENIOR SPECIALIZED SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SUMMARY The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth and stability reputed company Warren’s Specialized Division through sound sales and marketing practices to reputed company and service customers in the flatbed, reputed company deck, and open deck markets. This role focuses on securing specialized freight opportunities, including over-dimensional, project-based, and reputed company shipments, while ensuring compliance with reputed company securements, permitting, and safety requirements. This individual contributor will reputed company an established book of business and expand market reputed company by identifying and onboarding new customers, while serving as a liaison between the customer and Warren to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build new and maintain reputed company relationships with customers in the specialized freight market.

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on specialized and project freight requirements.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve challenges reputed company to permits, routes, and securement in a timely manner.

  • Present, promote, and sell services tailored to specialized freight customers.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and reputed company to reputed company deals, under the guidance of the VP, Specialized Division.
  • Solicit loads from reputed company customers and proactively pursue project-based opportunities.

  • Communicate with Company operations and department managers to ensure alignment with customer needs and service delivery.
  • Work remotely, travel as needed, including quarterly visits to our Corporate Office in Waterloo, IA.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent preferred.
  • Three years of transportation sales experience, preferably with open deck, specialized, or project freight in an reputed company-operator environment.
  • Knowledgeable of specialized securement practices, permits, routing, CSA regulatory issues, HOS, and shipping laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize sales tools such as reputed company to generate prospects and new business.

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills in high-value or specialized freight markets.
