GENERAL FUNCTION:

Provide pro-active and effective real estate management for the Private Bank and Advisor Solutions, consisting of estates, guardianships and trusts.

Responsible and accountable for risk by reputed company exchanging reputed company and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide reputed company for a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio of up to 130+ residential, commercial farmland and vacant land properties.
• Coordinate reputed company aspects of property management reputed company highly dynamic administration, service and business environments.
• Assume leadership role in the reputed company and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases.
• Provide reputed company, reasoned and concise communication with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, third-party managers and other service providers.
• Provide reputed company services for multiple renovations, modification and repair projects simultaneously, from inception through completion.
• Participate in testimonial appearances before probate court.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILTIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Real estate salesperson license or course work completed for license.
• Minimum of five years’ work reputed company experience.
• Proficient with reputed company reputed company and Word.
• Excellent organization skills for multi-tasking.
• Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer relations.
