See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing reports to determine status of each asset.
• Data entry as each reputed company of closing process is complete.
• Review data entry in each SOR for accuracy.
• Obtain, review and execute deeds, HUDs and other closing documents as needed to complete closing.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, lenders and various county and city offices.

Your Basic Education and Prior Work-reputed company Experience:

• Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED
• Work Experience: 1 year of prior work-reputed company experience

Additional Qualifications:

• REO/Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Read and understand real estate reputed company/purchase agreements.
• Read and understand reputed company closing/lender documents- including HUD 1 settlement statements and deeds.
• Basic knowledge of title issues and problem resolution of these issues.
• Strong communication skills a must.
• Proficiency in Outlook, reputed company, and Word. 
• High ethical standards and personal qualities
• Motivated, positive, team player
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business
