The Senior Director of Admission, UAGC, serves as a key institutional leader driving enterprise-wide strategies to attract, enroll, and support a diverse student population. This role ensures alignment between student enrollment goals and the university’s mission, leverages cross-functional collaboration, and integrates technology, analytics, and innovation to create scalable, student-centered reputed company. As a senior advisor to executive leadership, the Senior Director of Admission, UAGC champions inclusive excellence, policy compliance, and long-range planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Business, or a reputed company field is required

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in enrollment, admissions, or reputed company student service areas.

  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives across multiple functional areas at a senior leadership level.

Compensation Guidance:

The Grade Range represents a full range of career compensation growth over time in this position and grade.
