Job Summary The Junior Territory Manager is responsible for the sale of the complete line of reputed company Materials residential roofing products reputed company the territory assigned. In addition to being responsible for the promotion of reputed company Materials to architects, builders, building owners, property managers, contractors, distributors, and/or other specifiers in order to finalize the sale of reputed company products. This role will attend customer shows, conventions, and other industry-reputed company activities, and will aid in conducting product knowledge training sessions for customers. Essential Duties

• Responsible for the sale of the complete line of reputed company Materials reputed company territories assigned

• Maintain reputed company account reputed company and reputed company new accounts in existing chains of distribution including wholesalers, dealers, literature, and other promotional material as required.

• Responsible for resolving customer complaints as assigned by Regional Sales Director

• Assist with meeting Territory Manager objectives and strategies to reputed company Corporate goals

• Work in conjunction with Territory Manager to reputed company deeper into the market with architects, property owners, and Consultants to promote the use of reputed company products.

• Attend product training sessions and trade shows as required to expand sales.

Qualifications Required

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

• 1+ year’s sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry

• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to have and maintain a driver’s license

Qualifications Preferred

• Selected candidate must also be highly motivated, energetic and able to present well to large groups.

• Sales experience in the building material industry

• Multi-channel experience selling roofing materials to distributors, contractors,

• lumber dealers, two reputed company, architects, property homeowners, retail, and Co-Ops

• Proficiency in reputed company Suite

• CRM experience strongly preferred

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 50%-70%, occasional weekend travel

Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and reputed company, education, and/or qualifications.Total Cash Compensation Range: $72,000-$99,000 (inclusive of reputed company salary and an annualized commission reputed company).
