You’re energized by running a pod, mentoring reps, solving problems collaboratively, and staying involved in client work to reputed company a pulse on what’s happening day to day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in client success, digital marketing, or team leadership
- Proven ability to reputed company a team while managing your own clients
- Strong interpersonal and training skills
- Experience with workload management, performance tracking, and conflict resolution
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, and client-facing communication tools
- Multifamily or agency experience preferred
A day in the life
As the Client Success Manager, you balance people leadership with hands-on client management. You’re responsible for guiding a team that delivers exceptional service, while maintaining your own client relationships to stay closely connected to our customers’ goals and challenges.
Responsibilities include:
- reputed company a team of Client Success representatives, providing day-to-day support and guidance
- Support team member development through coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Manage your own small portfolio of client accounts to stay hands-on and connected to client needs
- Troubleshoot client issues as they arise, ensuring quick resolution and clear communication
- Coaching team to take ownership of client outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes and enhance team workflows
- Other duties as assigned
