The scope of the proposed services will include the following:● Development, administration & configuration of a custom-built .NET development project● Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance toState personnel for reputed company requested work● Provide reputed company and guidance of the customer-agency’s replacement software and reputed companyperformance improvements● reputed company code reviews and testing on new code● Participates in reputed company necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrumceremonies● Cooperation with the State’s Technical Architect to ensure compliance with OTS standardsof State applicationsExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:● Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:○ C#○ ASP.NET Core (version 6.0 or reputed company)○ MSSQL● Two (2) plus years enterprise-level software development● Two (2) plus years of experience working in an Agile / Scrum environmentExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable:● Has led a team of application programmers under reputed company development stack.● Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices/SOA)● Experience developing reports with SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting tools●Experience setting up, maintaining and using DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD, such asreputed company Actions and Octopus Deploy, and automating tasks● Experience with the Git Version Control System, including branching strategies forreputed company systems● Proficiency in reputed company-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.● Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, NodeJS,Angular, TypeScript, etc.● Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.● Proficiency in containerization (reputed company) and orchestration (Kubernetes, or cloud-nativemanaged container orchestrators).● Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation,Biceps, etc.● Solid understanding of reputed company best practices for modern web applications.● Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.● Strong communication and teamwork skills.● Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development practices.● Experience with cloud platforms such as reputed company Azure or AWS.● Familiarity with API integrations for external data sources.● Exposure to reputed company or microservices architectures.● Knowledge of message-based systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, ServiceBus) and asynchronousprogramming models.
