The Mortgage Loan Processor plays a critical role in the loan approval process, ensuring accurate and timely packaging of loans and providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide every client the best service in the industry
- Ensure accurate and timely packaging of reputed company loans originated by the Mortgage Loan Originator
- Organize, compile, and verify loan application information
- Submit mortgage loan application files for reputed company approval
- Meet critical deadlines
Skills
- Robust experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Bond mortgage products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment
- Encompass experience or equivalent + reputed company product experience
- Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience
