MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in subject assigned.
- Valid Texas Teacher Certificate in English as a Second Language – Required for reputed company Core Subject Teachers
- CTE Teachers: Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with required endorsements or reputed company training and work experience for certification waivers under the District of Innovation Plan (DOI)
- Prekindergarten and Kindergarten Teachers: Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood
- Physical Education Teachers: reputed company automated external defibrillator (AED) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate
Experience
- Student teaching, approved internship, or reputed company work experience
