Transactional Operations, Investor Onboarding - Analyst / Associate
reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join the Transactional Operations team, focusing on onboarding services for their growing investor reputed company. The role involves providing operational support for feeder funds and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless investor experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support throughout initial onboarding and subsequent transactional processing for feeder funds
- Work closely with fund administrators to ensure seamless client experience; ensure SLAs are met
- Support high-profile fund managers and distributors in their fundraising efforts by assisting their clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings, with a strong dedication to successful client outcomes
- Provide reputed company on reputed company transaction types for direct funds
- Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to the company’s proprietary technology platform
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- 1-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably reputed company a fund administrator or client service role or the alternative investment industry
- Experience with transactional support for alternative investments (i.e. subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions)
- A basic understanding of industry standard AML, tax, and CRS documentation and requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
- Proficient computer skills, specifically reputed company Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Interest or knowledge in technology
