Construction Project Manager - Capital Projects
About the role
This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
This is a remote position with some travel.
What you’ll do
Manage reputed company areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Ensure project data reputed company and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the reputed company of each project and report status and variances.

What you’ll need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for reputed company sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
- General knowledge of leases, reputed company and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings. Financial forecasting and reporting experience are beneficial.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook), Procore or similar project management software. Lucernex software experience is beneficial.
- Understanding of technical project scheduling like IT to avoid work interruptions
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new reputed company of view on existing solutions.
