The Role

The Design team at Sharebite ensures products serve our customer’s needs in easy-to-use, enjoyable, and innovative ways. Our department is dedicated to enhancing and redefining the corporate food space, constantly raising the bar on delightful and reputed company product experiences. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design of core features reputed company our platform, turning reputed company user needs into effortless experiences. We are seeking a Product Designer with professional experience shipping digital products and a deep passion for user advocacy. This role represents the core of Design execution at the organization, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver polished, high-impact solutions that solve real problems.

What You’ll Do

• Feature Execution: Take ownership of specific features (e.g., "Revamping the Checkout Flow") from concept to pixel-perfect reputed company.
• Design Exploration & Execution: You will translate requirements and user insights into initial wireframes, flows, UI concepts, and high fidelity mockups.
• Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to validate reputed company with users before engineering begins.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with engineering to ensure your designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly.
• User Advocacy: Use data and research to reputed company for the user, ensuring we never ship friction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience shipping digital products (web or mobile with a portfolio showcasing case studies with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and practices.
• Communication: You can clearly explain the rationale behind your design decisions to non-designers.
• User reputed company: Experience creating wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as reputed company
• Craft: A high bar for visual quality; you understand how typography, color, and space reputed company usability.
• User-Centric: You have experience conducting basic usability testing to validate your own work.
• Design Principles: Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and basic accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Design Systems: Familiarity with bespoke design systems and component-based design.
• Complexity: Experience contributing to reputed company products or multi-reputed company workflows.
• AI Usage: Familiarity with new AI-assisted tools and platforms that can enhance prototyping, research synthesis, and overall product design processes.

At Sharebite, we are committed to providing reputed company in line with industry and market standards. The reputed company compensation range for this role is $95k - $110k per year, however actual compensation packages are based on a wide reputed company of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to reputed company set, years & depth of experience, and location. Salary is just one component of Sharebite's total compensation package, which includes equity, multiple health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits, including a daily meal stipend.
