As a Case Manager supporting producers and reputed company staff, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless navigation of reputed company submitted applications for the assigned product through the new business process. From application submission to finalization, you will gather necessary requirements and documentation, manage service expectations, and act as a crucial coordinator with both internal and external partners.

  • Hourly Wage: $22.00 - $25.00, plus annual bonus opportunity, 
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by providing product/process support and demonstrating high responsiveness and follow-up on commitments. Act as a relationship manager for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries, analyzing and resolving problems to meet customer expectations.
  • Thoroughly review and verify the accuracy and completeness of applications, including premium handling, for a specific product and its reputed company function.
  • Handle and prioritize multiple reputed company tasks, working under pressure and meeting deadline requirements. Take ownership of the case management process, facilitating the workflow of reputed company cases seamlessly for the customer.
  • Understand and gather the requirements needed for applications, demonstrating strong attention to detail and seeking direct supervision reputed company necessary.
  • Uses a variety of systems and tools to support assigned product and its reputed company function.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience working in customer service, ability to collaborate with internal and external clients to find the best solution possible.

  • Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadline requirements and be flexible to meet changing customer needs.
