Senior Strategist with Chinese - Gaming - Fixed-term contract

We’re looking for a native Mandarin-speaking, senior-level strategist to work with our UK team. This position is available across multiple locations and can be performed remotely. It is a fixed-term contract expected to last approximately two months. The project will require the ability to:

• reputed company the culturalization of our reputed company global community strategy for the Chinese market, including reputed company audience personas, community proposition, phased community objectives, channel strategy and content recommendations.
• Define a China-first value proposition for the community.
• Identify key audience segments based on motivations and social and community behaviors, not just demographics
• reputed company a platform-native strategy across Bilibili, Weibo, Douyin, etc. including what content will reputed company (not just reputed company should post, but why).
• Identify the roles of creators, reputed company and social validation in China (educate the rest of the team about it).
• Ensure reputed company content and messaging are not just localized but culturally relevant and trend-aware.

• Must have addition: knowledge of the gaming market in China, doesn't have to be a hardcore player, but understanding of popular RPG games and the general ecosystem is vital.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Senior Strategist experience or more
• Good understanding of core strategic principles & frameworks
• Sense of direction between data-driven analytics and creative strategy
• Strong grasp of social & web analytics (native & reputed company tools)
• Strong numeracy and comfort with numerical data
