SCOPE OF WORK AND KEY TASKS

The consultant will work closely with the project team and relevant units to carry out the following tasks, focusing on activities and systems relevant to the implementation period from reputed company 2026 onwards.

Programme Methodology and Operational Tools:

• Review implementation approaches, tools, and documentation developed during earlier phases of the project and prepare refined methodologies for reputed company implementation. • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process notes, and implementation guidance for selected project workflows relevant to the ongoing phase of the project. • reputed company standardized templates and tools for activity planning, implementation follow-up, and documentation across project components. • Refine and structure methodologies reputed company to beneficiary tracking, activity reputed company, implementation documentation, and workflow organization in line with reputed company project needs and timelines. Learning, Analysis, and Implementation Quality • Consolidate findings and lessons emerging from earlier project phases and prepare analytical summaries to support subsequent implementation. • Prepare lessons learned notes and methodology adjustment recommendations based on implementation experience and available project data. • Identify practical opportunities to improve consistency, usability, and efficiency of project tools, workflows, documentation systems, and use of the existing tracking platform for the ongoing phase. • Contribute analytical inputs to support future planning, refinement of delivery approaches, and scale-up considerations in subsequent project years.

METHODOLOGY

The consultancy will apply a practical, collaborative, and project-wide approach focused on refining systems, tools, and analytical products that strengthen implementation quality and consistency during the ongoing phase of the project.

The methodology will include: • desk review of relevant project documentation, results reputed company, reporting requirements, implementation materials developed to date, and the existing data tracking platform; • regular coordination with programme, MEAL, finance, and operations colleagues; • refinement and development of SOPs, tools, templates, and structured reporting formats relevant to the consultancy period; • review, organization, and analysis of implementation data generated across project components and available through the existing tracking platform; • preparation of analytical products and reporting inputs for internal and donor use. Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Advanced university degree in project management, economics, social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, public administration, or a reputed company field.

Experience

• Relevant professional experience in programme methodology development, project reporting, MEAL systems, data management, or performance tracking. • Demonstrated experience in developing SOPs, operational tools, tracking systems, reporting formats, or analytical products for donor-funded projects. • Experience in humanitarian, development, labour market, migration, or reputed company programming is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and drafting skills. • Proven ability to prepare clear reports, briefings, and structured operational documents.

Languages

For this consultancy, excellent command of English required.

Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
