As a Regional reputed company Manager (SMB), you will own the success and health for a reputed company of reputed company’s small business customers. You will reputed company strategies that increase engagement and delight customers while mitigating churn. You’ll partner with your portfolio customers throughout their reputed company journey by listening, understanding, and collaborating to ensure they get the most out of reputed company’s Interaction Management platform and deliver their business goals. You will ensure customer satisfaction, manage product adoption, and effectively accelerate value for our customers.

You will be expected to travel up to 20% of the time.

What you will be doing

What you should have
