The role of Associate Investment Property Advisor involves supporting property owners through the sales process and delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing inbound sales and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with property owners interested in reputed company
- Manage the inbound sales process, from initial contact through signed agreements
- Will work with a variety of different owners depending on company needs
- Understand property reputed company needs and communicate reputed company’s value proposition effectively
- Qualify leads, provide timely responses, and maintain high engagement levels
- Support team initiatives to improve the sales process and customer experience
- Provide feedback to internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the reputed company Onboarding team
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
- Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Positive, solution-oriented reputed company and team-oriented attitude
- Passionate about real estate and eager to learn and grow in the industry
