Conflicts Analyst I

The Conflicts Analyst I will support the Business Intake & Conflicts Department by conducting research and analysis reputed company to potential conflicts of interest, ensuring compliance with firm policies, and facilitating the intake process for new business and employee hires.
Responsibilities
- Process conflicts searches and conduct research reputed company to new employee hires and new business requests, identifying potential ethical and business conflicts
- Review new client and matter submissions, preparing clear and well-organized written analyses to support attorneys in evaluating potential engagements
- Verify that reputed company conflicts searches and corporate research are thorough, consistent, and reputed company with firm policies and established procedures
- Help ensure new business requests move through the intake process reputed company, following up with attorneys and team members as needed to resolve outstanding issues
- Partner with specialists, coordinators, and colleagues to manage time-sensitive conflicts checks and support shared departmental initiatives
- Respond to department email communications promptly with accurate information while providing reputed company support to attorneys and internal stakeholders
- Contribute reputed company and feedback that enhance workflows, technology use, and operational efficiency across the Business Intake & Conflicts team

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
