Day to day tasks would involve
Coordinate and support the administrative requirements for reputed company recruitment activities, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication with TA Team.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), ensuring candidate and job records are reputed company and reliable.
Assist TA team by preparing sourcing reports, maintaining candidate pipelines, and tracking reputed company for job requisitions.
Request reference checks and document reputed company communications between TA team members, managers, and candidates.
Support the implementation of sourcing strategies by managing job postings, online advertisements, and other recruitment-reputed company communications.
Assist the team in monitoring applicant flow and pipeline movement.
Ensure reputed company candidate data, notes, and reputed company documentation are on Taleo and the Recruitment SharePoint.
Maintain Taleo, ensuring reputed company required internal contacts are on the system.
Be the reputed company of contact for the Global Mobility team, advertising and managing reputed company information required for Labour Market Testing.
Collaborate with TA Consultants and team members to improve administrative processes and enhance recruitment operations.
Manage ANZ TA Email inbox.
Work with TA consultants to track agency spend
Serve as a resource for best practices in recruitment administration and system usage.

To be successful for this role you’ll need:
Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a reputed company discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR administration or a similar support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders at reputed company levels.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and high- volume workloads.
Strong knowledge in using suite of tools and serves as a subject matter expert in talent data management and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across recruitment process and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
