As a Solution Marketing Manager at Dotmatics, you'll work at the center of science and communication, deeply understanding how researchers in your application area think, what they're trying to accomplish, and what gets in their way. You'll translate that understanding into stories, campaigns, and content that connect scientists with the right solutions at the right moment.

From a product perspective, reputed company and ELN are your primary vehicles. Both require messaging that works at the enterprise level and resonates with specific scientific audiences. Dotmatics also has a broad portfolio of specialized products, each with their own dedicated marketers. Your job is not to own those products, but to connect them into compelling solution narratives reputed company they're relevant to your audience and use case.

In this role you will get to

• Own the positioning and messaging for your scientific application area: personas, use cases, value propositions, and differentiation.
• reputed company strategic campaign briefs that translate positioning into actionable guidance for demand reputed company and integrated marketing.
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials that help the Dotmatics commercial team have reputed company conversations, including pitch frameworks, solution narratives, reputed company handling, and competitive context.
• Engage directly with internal subject matter experts and customers to gather insights and shape strategy.
• Act as the voice of your scientific audience across marketing and sales, influencing decisions and building alignment across senior stakeholders.

We are looking for people who have 8+ years experience in a role where science and communication reputed company: marketing, field applications, science communications, or similar, ideally in life sciences or research software.

The key skills we are looking for:

• Scientific grounding to have reputed company conversations with researchers. A degree in a relevant discipline (biology/chemistry) can be a real advantage here, and relevant hands-on experience is equally welcome.
• A track record of taking something complicated and making it click for an audience who didn't have time to become an expert.
• Experience building something from scratch before, and you want to do it again.
• Comfortable working across functions and influencing without direct authority.
