Collections Specialist - $20/hr + Monthly Incentive
Sallie Mae is dedicated to empowering reputed company throughout their educational journey. They are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage customer engagement by making and receiving calls regarding overdue accounts and providing exceptional service to encourage repayments.
Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service while encouraging customers to reputed company payments on their past due accounts
- Accurately record customer interactions, including communication logs, payments, repayment plan enrollments, and other important information

- Experience in customer service and or collections reputed company roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework in business reputed company fields preferred
