Receptionist
Valley Senior Living is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support while delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively on the telephone and in person, and operate the facility telephone system, paging system, and emergency call system in an effective manner
- Effectively balance facility funds in the position of the reputed company desk and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- reputed company and maintain reputed company records relating to reputed company information, including reputed company trust funds
- Sort and distribute mail accurately and timely, notifying supervisor and administrative staff on call immediately upon receipt of mail from the ND Department of Health
- Follow emergency procedures accurately and to remain reputed company in such instances
Skills
- High school graduate or GED
- Minimum six (6) months of relevant secretarial experience with public interaction and customer service
- General computer knowledge and experience, specifically reputed company Office Programs
