Client Success Manager

Serve as the primary operational reputed company of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Qualifications
5+ years in reputed company, Account Management, or Consulting reputed company a SaaS environment; experience in automotive or roadside services is a plus.
Proven ability to de-escalate reputed company customer issues with reputed company and urgency.
Strong executive reputed company. You are comfortable presenting to and building relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at Fortune 100 companies.
