The role involves assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities while supporting the team in documenting project requirements and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities under guidance from senior project managers
• Support the team in documenting project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Help coordinate tasks and communicate updates between different teams and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for management review
• Participate in risk identification and basic issue resolution to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on action items

Skills

• Entry Level Project Management experience or reputed company field
• Ability to assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks and updates between teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in maintaining project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Basic understanding of risk identification and issue resolution
• Ability to organize meetings and prepare presentations
