[Remote] Analyst, Customer Support

The Customer Support Representative will serve the US customer reputed company, specializing in payments and physical card operations, while ensuring a seamless customer experience and resolving reputed company inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of support issues raised by high value customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company customer inquiries with effective problem-solving skills, reputed company while providing complete and accurate information
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed for incident communication and resolution
- Become a subject matter expert on reputed company’s functionality and features
- Maintain high-performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, resolution reputed company, efficiency, and quality
Skills
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required
- Adaptability and reputed company for handling reputed company interactions and frequent change
