Work Schedule: Standard business hours based on local time zone, Monday – Friday. Schedule may be determined by manager.

Travel Requirements: Quarterly travel may be required to attend broker events, engage with regional or state partners, and visit the JV offices as business needs dictate

Location Requirements: Candidates must be based in the U.S. and reside in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey to be considered.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Escrow Officer to join our Title Services team. In this role, you’ll reputed company escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring compliance with state regulations while delivering a seamless closing experience for reputed company parties involved.

What You’ll Do

• Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process.

• Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and legal documents to identify and resolve issues.

• Coordinate with title examiners, attorneys, and insurance companies to resolve title matters.

• Prepare closing documents and ensure reputed company required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

• Conduct closings in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction, adhering to confidentiality standards.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate a plus.

• 4+ years of direct experience in escrow, title services, or real estate transactions.

• An active Escrow Officer license may be required.

• Notary preferred.
